LI-RADS® was created to standardize the reporting and data collection of CT and MR imaging for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). The LI-RADS Registry will collect structured data based on the LI-RADS classification system and will serve as a pilot test for the infrastructure to collect structured data for all current and future -RADS, incidental findings, and other ACR clinical guidance.
